I was feeling stuck with the UX of the agent workflow builder in nocodo and asked for inspiration. I have never really asked for UX inspiration this way before, particularly when the rest of the page was already built. I am using DaisyUI so having components helps a lot but the result was really nice. In the visual screenshot the "Workflow Steps" and everything below existed. I was trying to think about linking multiple workflows together.

I have been asked this question multiple times so I feel my way to deal with development flow as project grows may help others: I do not use `Claude.md` or any such file. I know this sounds counterintuitive but `Claude.md` itself needs to be maintained if the project is changing a lot. At least in the early stages, it took me some time to figure out patterns that work very well with coding agents - structural patterns. Things that are actually good engineering but it is much more expensive to do that by hand. When I brought these patterns (like modularity, reusability, separation of concerns, unit/integration tests), my prompts got simpler and I do not have a `Claude.md` or similar file. I use Claude Code and opencode full-time across 5 projects. All follow similar patterns.

tip! install claudecode wherever you are setting up OpenClaw, and use ClaudeCode for making changes to the openclaw setup, and leave the openclaw agent to do the work its actually supposed to do. (after 2 instances of it breaking itself while making changes, this third time seems to be working much better!)

I'm having fun even with solo projects getting Claude to use linear. When we create a plan, I get it to write a set of sensible tickets and put them in the right project. Then when I start a new worktree/claude it can pull from them, review and suggest a priority (or I can). Also doesn't pollute my repo with endless .md files.
