The product should lead with thumbnail generation, not analysis. The wow moment is "I generated a better thumbnail in 30 seconds." The current flow buries that.

PicTiny solves a real problem. Thumbnails directly affect views and most creators do not optimize them. The audit is accurate. The generation is good technically; it just needs style control so creators can lock in their visual identity.
