emailonboardingai

Digistorms AI analyzes your SaaS website and generates a full 7-email onboarding sequence. No writing, no templates. You paste your URL and it builds the whole lifecycle for you.

I tested it live on my own project: Hyper Commit, an open source GitHub repository showcase tool.

1. what it does

You type your website URL. Digistorms analyzes the page, asks a few questions about your primary onboarding goal and your users' key actions, and generates a full email sequence. Each email is editable with a rich text or HTML editor. A journey map shows the full lifecycle: which emails send when and what triggers them.

2. what worked

The website analysis is fast and extracts relevant context. Digistorms correctly identified my product category and suggested reasonable onboarding goals.

The journey map is a strong feature. Seeing the full sequence laid out as a flow helps you understand the logic before diving into individual emails.

Smart behavior: if your product has no free trial, Digistorms skips trial-related emails automatically. It adapts the sequence to your actual model.

The HTML editor is a plus for developers who want to drop in React Email components.

3. what did not work

The tagline is unclear: "turn free users into buying customers" does not immediately communicate what the product does. You have to read the button text to understand the offering.

Logo display had a bug during my test. It may have been a network issue; worth noting.

Editing one email does not update the others. If you change your tone in email three, you have to manually update the rest. A "apply style to all" option would fix this.

The journey map does not let you easily delete specific path items.

4. verdict

Digistorms gives you a solid starting point for your onboarding sequence in minutes. The output is not production-ready on the first pass; but the structure and logic are good. You iterate from a foundation instead of starting from a blank page.

Best for: early-stage SaaS teams who need onboarding emails and do not have time to write them from scratch.
