Good night, Internet!

Today was a really really sunny day (considering I'm living in northern France, and that it's still winter). Really pleasant day.

This morning was mostly spent on nonsense, reimagining my logsnag.com alt in PHP. It works, still not convinced to start reaching out people on LinkedIn.

Speaking about LinkedIn. This platform is a mess. It takes sooo much time to extract relations. I may get them tomorrow, if everything is fine.

I also improved Hypercafé's design. And also fixed youtube embeds! Things are taking shape on this front. But I need to tell the world about it!

This afternoon, I had a call with Jonathan Serra! Really cool guy. He's dealing with vibecoders making actual money, and helping them consolidate their webapps, secure things, do the extra miles. Solid offering. We chatted about a lot of things. It reminded me that I should invest myself more into the french Reddit space. Do more marketing with french community, maybe? And vibecoders. Still tons of money to be made in this country, despite all the cons.

He was mentioning that he wants to work on his first product: something like Sentry Seer. I think I know how such a thing could look like. And I started to vibecode a prototype of a Sentry-like app. I even asked Claude Code to generate the GIF+video, cool right?

I also chatted a bit with Pablo (hey Pablo!). I was thinking about whether selling courses, paid community access, ... could make sense. He made the point that it'd be even more valuable teaching actual, practical, skills that won't get replaced by AI. Solid point. I can't do anything with my hands though ^^ I will keep thinking about getting back teaching things, and getting paid for it. Especially in programming/creative writing/maybe startups? Idk.

I vibecoded new features into PHP.rs, my PHP runtime written in Rust (it's a silly project to be honest).

I've read a little bit of Roger Nimier's Le Hussard Bleu novel. Getting a bit bored with Roger Nimier's style though. It's a bit repetitive.

I learned about Vale's project while browsing the publisher's website. Interesting project. I'm wondering if the author will turn it into a company. I reached out, no answer for now, let's see how it goes. I like this tool. I'll think about vibecoding similar ones.

Another boring subject I was avoiding: pentesting. I'm starting to think that most builders are afraid of it, when it's really simple, and the field is probably ready for disruption, from silly morons like me making use of heavy automatic programming... I need to consider a project to vibecode and showcase on Reddit (and get roasted, but who cares?).

I need software to manage my Linux machine remotely. Good software. A crazy good experience. There is the "OS" from Umbrel. But not sure it's great, or even suiting my needs at all. People use Nextcloud, I think, for this kind of things. I should evaluate it. Or let AI analyze the market.

Speaking of AI analyzing markets, I need something to turn pages from the ai section of this website into podcasts I can listen when my eyes are tired (often the case these days).
