Good morning, Internet!

Yesterday, I deployed a first version of Hypercode (name might change), turning on Yaegi. I'll spend this morning polishing it, optimizing the size of the wasm bundle, and reviewing the content (completely generated by Claude).

I'll try to get early users, as soon as possible (today would be great), to get feedbacks and iterate.

In the future, I could add more languages, especially niche ones, like Gleam or Zig or Elixir. Why? Because there are few learning materials for them, and their ecosystem is growing, so it would be great to have a simple way to try them out and learn them.

Another idea: teach network programming, with practical exercises to implement popular, useful protocols, like SMTP, IMAP, DNS, HTTP, IRC, etc.

An important aspect of this venture will be the community. That's the thing that Buildspace did very well. Hypercode would be very useful if it allowed people to start gathering, and collaborate on projects, with common sets of skills.

I have spent the day adding things, without really promoting.

Next days should be about promoting (or pivoting).

I'll read some book about Rupert Murdoch now.

Good night, Internet!
