YouTube Title + Description: Review Service Intro Video
SEO-optimized YouTube title and description for the intro video on @AlexisBouchezReviews, pitching the $50 YouTube review service for SaaS founders and indie hackers. Reference: /review page.
1. Title Options
YouTube reads the first 3 words hardest. No title should exceed 60 characters (longer gets truncated in search results).
| # | Title | Chars | Angle |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | YouTube Reviews for SaaS Products - Get Found by Customers Already Looking | 75 (trim to search, still readable) | Pure SEO. Targets "YouTube reviews for SaaS" directly. |
| B ★ | Your SaaS Has Zero YouTube Reviews. Here's Why It's Costing You Customers. | 79 | Pain-first hook. Stops the scroll. Ranks for "saas youtube reviews" + drives clicks from browsing. |
| C | I Review Your SaaS on YouTube for $50 (SEO-Optimized, Ranks Forever) | 68 | Direct service offer. Ranks for "youtube review saas" + "saas seo youtube". Price is a hook. |
| D | YouTube SEO Reviews for SaaS Founders - The Play That Compounds Forever | 72 | Targets indie hacker/founder audience. "Compounds forever" is a curiosity phrase. |
| E | How to Get Your SaaS Found on YouTube (Without Going Viral) | 62 | "How to" format ranks extremely well. Nods to Ben Leavitt's story angle. |
| F | I Will Review Your SaaS On YouTube | 38 | Short, direct, first-person. Easy to read fast. Ranks for "review your saas youtube". Clean. |
| G | I Will Review Your SaaS On YouTube ($50 - SEO Optimized) | 56 | F + price anchor + SEO signal. Still under 60 chars. Good balance of directness and keyword coverage. |
| H | I Will Review Your SaaS On YouTube So Customers Can Find You | 62 | F + value prop. Explains the "why" in one line. More compelling than F alone for cold viewers. |
| I | I Will Review Your SaaS On YouTube (And It Will Rank) | 55 | F + the bold promise. "Will rank" is a strong claim that creates curiosity and filters serious founders. |
| J | I Review SaaS Products on YouTube - Here's the Offer | 53 | Clean, no-hype. "Here's the offer" signals directness. Works well for people already familiar with you. |
| K | Pay Once. Rank on YouTube. Get SaaS Customers for Years. | 57 | Pure value prop, three short punches. No fluff. Unusual format stands out in a list of normal titles. |
G is the most direct + searchable. H adds the value prop for cold viewers who need the "so what." K is a wildcard — unusual structure that stands out but harder to rank from cold search. You can A/B test by changing the title after 30 days if views plateau.
2. Full Description (copy-paste ready)
The first 2-3 lines show in YouTube search results before "Show more." They are the most critical part. Everything after serves SEO and watch-time signaling.
Someone searched "[your product] review" on YouTube today. Your product wasn't there. That's a warm lead you'll never know you lost. This video explains exactly how I fix that — and why it works even with zero subscribers.

WHAT'S IN THIS VIDEO
Most SaaS founders have zero YouTube presence for their product. Not a single video.
So when a potential customer does research before buying — and they always do — they find silence. Then they find your competitor's review instead.
YouTube is Google for video. Someone typing "[product name] review" or "best [tool category] for [use case]" has already decided they want a solution. They just need to find yours.
This video breaks down:
- Why YouTube search traffic converts better than social media traffic
- How a founder built a $17K/month SaaS with one 20-minute video (25,000 views, still compounding after 7 months)
- What I actually deliver: 10-min honest walkthrough, SEO-optimized title and description, X thread + LinkedIn post same day
- Why subscriber count doesn't matter for ranking — and what does
- Who this is for (and who it's not)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

WHY YOUTUBE SEO WORKS FOR SAAS
Unlike Google, YouTube lets you have multiple high-ranking videos for the same keyword. The competition is thin. For most niche SaaS tools, you can rank #1 with a single well-titled video — because nobody else made one.
The play: pay once, rank forever. Every month someone new finds the video, clicks through, and becomes a customer. No ad budget. No ongoing work. Just a video indexed on the internet permanently.
A founder I studied built a $17K/month SaaS (Follow Buddy) almost entirely this way. One video, 20 minutes to record, 25,000 views over 7 months. Gets views every 48 hours. Still drives paying users today.
That's what you're buying. Not a video. Permanent, compounding, search-driven discovery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What if my channel is small — will the video still rank? A: Yes. Ranking on YouTube is about the title, description, tags, and watch time. Not subscribers. A new channel can rank #1 for a niche keyword.
Q: What kinds of products do you review? A: SaaS tools, DevTools, open-source projects, indie hacker apps. If there's a searchable use case and a product to walk through, it works.
Q: Can I get more than one video? A: Yes. Each video targets a different keyword — "[product] review", "best [category] tool", "[use case] software". More videos = more entry points. DM me on X @frenchfounder.
Q: What happens after I pay? A: I email you within 24 hours. A few quick questions. You review the title and description before it goes live. Video published within 7 days.
Q: Why only $50? A: First 5 reviews are at this price to build the portfolio. After that it goes to $200. You're early.

3. Notes on the Description
First 3 lines (the "above the fold" in search)
These show before "Show more" in YouTube search results and on mobile. They need to confirm the viewer is in the right place AND create enough curiosity to click. The current opening does both: names the pain ("you lost a warm lead"), then promises the fix.
Link placement
The offer link appears twice: right at the top (first 10 lines, visible on expanded description) and again at the very bottom. Most viewers who convert click one of these two.
Timestamps / chapters
Chapters are critical for YouTube SEO in 2026. YouTube indexes each chapter title as a keyword signal. Adjust the timestamps to match the actual video. Each chapter label uses a real search phrase ("YouTube search converts better than social", "subscriber count doesn't matter for SEO", etc.).
Keyword coverage in the description
Natural repetitions of core terms: "YouTube review", "SaaS", "SEO", "rank", "search", "DevTools", "indie hacker", "bootstrapped founder". YouTube's algorithm reads the description for topical relevance. No stuffing, just natural use throughout the sections.
